Jason was super knowledgeable and very professional. Although we had to wait 2 weeks for the part to come in, we were satisfied with the work Jason preformed. If not for the long wait, I would have given A1 Mechanical 5 stars.
Excellent technician. Scheduled service to find a solution for uneven cooling throughout the house. Technician is unable & untrained to make recommendations or estimates. His inspection generates a call from the sales rep and eventually another visit to do the work. Not a great model for getting a problem resolved quickly.

A1 went above and beyond for my family!! Our A/C went out the day before my husband had to go in for a surgery. I called them and they didn't hesitate to send someone right away. Jason B put in extra hours for us on an extremely hot day, 90+ outside, to diagnose and order the part we needed. He got the part and had it installed the next morning. It was a total life saver!! He was very professional and polite and I highly recommend his work. I cannot thank A1 Mechanical enough!!
On time, knowledgeable and nice. Have used them before back in 08 and 09 so I called them again. They have always done a great job.
They are always helpful and explained things well.
