I love A-1. I'm not handy at all and whenever A-1 comes to inspect the furnace or AC the person is always really friendly and informative. I feel they give me a good sense for what maintenance, if any, is really helpful for the long term and also things that are less necessary and can help me save money. Feels like a friendly neighborhood business. For example I was telling Mark, who came today, that I wish I had a better understanding for how some of these things worked and so he showed me a bunch of stuff while he was working so I could learn a bit. I like that kind of thing!
Mark did a great job, he was very professional and efficient. I appreciated the advice he gave me on maintaining my air conditioning unit and furnace. Hope you send him again, he did a super job.
