Shane did a nice job inspecting the furnace in our new home and teaching me the intricate steps to install a new filter. He would have installed but we needed to wait until after duct cleaning service was completed.
It was unusually cold the next day and a new problem cropped up during longer firing cycles. Chris D. came out on short notice and discovered a clogged drain line, the furnace is working like new and there was no additional charge since it was considered part of the annual inspection and tune-up. Great job guys!

We've enrolled in the A-1 maintenance contract since 2000, when they first installed the HVAC in the house we'd purchased. They come out twice a year to make sure our furnace, a/c and air cleaner are performing properly. They change filters, etc. and let us know if there are any issues. Jason has been our regular technician for a while. He's friendly, informative, punctual and professional. It's reassuring to know these essential appliances are well tended. Also, when I called to make the appointment, they easily set it up less than a week later, with a time window of only a few hours.
We have a contract to provide inspection of furnace and air conditioner in spring and summer. A-1 for years have done this. Their service men are always courteous. And willing to explain the conditions that have been addressed.
