As always you lived up to your name and did an "A-1" job on my spring Tyne up. I appreciated having a reliable company to take care of my furnace and AC.
A1- has a reputable reputation. I like the newsletter loaded with good information and am very satisfied with the service. I especially liked the new man who came out for this service, personable and took time to explain several issues for me.

Mark checked the AC Maintenance very thoroughly . He checked the temperature varienances and they fell within the manufacturer guidelines. He explained everything very well and answered all questions. Very personable, friendly and professional.

Don from A-1 Hearing and Cooling came to do an estimate on a gas furnace replacement at the appointed time. He explained the work involved in the new furnace retrofit and agreed with my choice of model. He was able to give me the full installed price on the spot and informed me of the rebates that were available. He answered questions I had as well. My only problem was the work would not begin for four days because of a busy crew and the old furnace was shot. I still thank him for his time and effort and hope it warms up sometime soon.

I bought this unit 7 months ago. HVAC is on roof and building inspector was last person to inspect HVAC. Shane and his assistant found some glaring issues (Cold air return door left open and no filters in unit!! I was not informed of either when I bought the unit. Shane made sure everything was right and did a great job with the AC tuneup.
