Always available, out technician took his time explaining things to us (Mike) and made sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of. Our salesperson (Don) has always been available to me. They are a very knowledgeable group of service people. We had a glitch and had a tech back to our house in under 30 minutes. I feel great going with this company and we love our new furnace. Had three businesses give me quotes and I like what they had to offer, good price and outstanding service.

Mark from A-1 Mechanical did a great job with tune-up of my old furnace. He was very calm in setting and explaining the programming for my thermostat.
In the summer I had A/C installed and everything went smoothly and they were super helpful!
