Ray was pleasant and forced on trying to help us. Tho we were able to get everything working tonight he presented us with our options and will contact us with a timeline when the parts depot opens.
Overall this was a good experience.
Russ had a tech out to our house in a such a timely manner. It was an embarrassing fix. But kuddos to A-1. Great communication from Russ to the young lady at the office. Thank you A-1.
