Diagnosed that the heat exchanger on the furnace needs to be replaced. Determined that the exchanger itself was under warranty - just the labor costs. Service individual was on time and professional. Wore a mask and explained everything to me. Look forward to the actual repair being done as soon as the part comes in.

Great service and explained how to maintain our furnace and showed me how to work the settings on the thermostat!! Will always call them for service. ????
