Prompt, super-communicative, and flexible. Honest about prices, and gentle and unaggressive on up-selling; more advice than anything. Super happy with A-1 Mechanical, and with their annual maintenance agreement, I am far less worried about something going wrong and being unable to do anything about it.
My heating unit would come on but it would not maintain heat in the house and when Hayden came out he took care of everything, that young man did the job.
He was polite and respectable I would request him again is Services meeting!????????

I would highly recommend Rob as your HVAC Service Technician. 100% satisfied with install, pricing $775 for furnace mounted humidifier which included parts, electrical, and plumbing.
Showed up on time, identified the problem, fixed it all in one service call. Heat back up and working to combat the single digit weather!
I had a humidifier installed on my furnace last month and am really enjoying the difference in the air quality. Thanks A-1, specifically Jason. Yesterday, there was water around the furnace. I called A-1, and they sent Nick out right away. The plugged line had nothing to do with the humidifier, but Nick fixed it quickly, professionally and at no charge. I really appreciate the service I get from A-1.
